You'll have a total of four parking spaces, so park your cars and hop on the air-conditioned free trolley to explore Pine Avenue's fabulous boutiques, restaurants, and fishing piers to the north, or historic Bradenton Beach to the south.

Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and step inside this spacious rental to cool off. This home for 12 consists of north and south sections, which have two bedrooms each. Each section also includes its own kitchen, living area, free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs, private washer/dryer unit, and sunny patio with gorgeous views, making it perfect for accommodating large groups without sacrificing space or privacy. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
