700 Emerald Point is a gorgeous penthouse 3 BD/2 BA condo located one block from the Branson Bay Marina on Table Rock Lake. Walk down to the lake and enjoy swimming and fishing. Bring your boat or rent one at the State Park Marina just down the road. Take a quick 15-minute drive to Downtown Branson and the beginning of the Strip where you'll find many attractions, entertaining shows, shopping galore, and tons of dining options. Come and enjoy the views!

We enjoyed our long weekend at your condo. The condo was clean and nicely equipped kitchen. View of lake was beautiful and an easy walk down to the shoreline to fish or swim.

Great spot on the lake

Condo was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 6. It had a great view of the lake and is close to the new amphitheater which was why we were in the area.

My family was here for a family reunion. The condo was perfect with updated TVs and streaming options. Loved the view the most! We would definitely come back to this condo next time.

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay and drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning looking at the lake. Our older teens were a little too big for the twin beds and moved out to the pull out sofa the next night, glad that was an option and bedding available.

Well Stocked Lake Front Getaway

The property was the most well stocked place we've ever stayed. Our teenagers loved the movie and game selection! There was a small problem caused by the extreme cold, but someone came to fix it immediately. They were so friendly and efficient. We loved our stay!

2nd time staying at the same place, because we loved it so much the first time. 2nd time was wonderful as well. The only and I say only problem we had was the gate code entry not working, but they got it figured out.

Nice Property

This was our 3rd trip to Branson in 2023. This was our favorite unit with view and proximity to the marina. Clean. Good amount of supplies. Easy check in. And no extra cleaning fee!

A ways out, we stayed on the 4th floor a lot of steps.

Very nice view of the lake, a lot of steps to the 4th floor. The furniture, and beds were uncomfortable and really need attention. The price is right, and the free activity was great. We had a great Thanksgiving there, and would stay again but on a lower level, since I suffer from asthma. Overall, a fun stay.
