The pool is in!
Lake Macatawa waterfront retreat with 140+ ft of private water frontage. Heated pool ready for use. Main level 4 has bedrooms, 3 full baths and expansive gathering areas in both the family room and recreation area with billiards table (& ping pong top). Take in the lake views from the floor to ceiling windows in the dining, living, kitchen, master suite and lower level areas or from the lakeside deck. Great floor plan for family & entertaining. Lower level walkout has the 5th sleeping area with an infrared sauna, exercise equipment, half bath and laundry. Smart TVs. 6 doors from Boat Launch park. Cannot tie boat to dock. 10 minutes or so to downtown Holland, Saugatuck and Douglas.

4 main floor bedrooms (primary has king); 2nd has 1 king and 1 queen; 3rd has 1 king; 4th has a bunk with double on top, on bottom and 3rd double in trundle underneath plus twin. Lower level has a king and a futon sleeper

Macatawa stay
This was a wonderful spot for friends from around the midwest to gather! The views were spectacular! We were close to downtown Holland, as well as Saugatuck and Douglas. Very well appointed house. We will be back!!

Place has lots of nice amenities that our group enjoyed since weather canceled our fishing trip. The pool, sauna, hot tub, fire places, grills, pool table and ping pong were all utilized and in good working order. At checkin we were shown how to use everything. There were other water crafts, but we did not get to test these due to weather. You also can’t beat the view of the lake from the living room.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is very well equipped and plenty of towels, etc. The pool and hot tub were great. Thanks for allowing us to stay and make memories with the grandchildren.

A Great Week
Had a fantastic time. You can’t beat the view and the pool! Ample parking, home has enough space and rooms for 8 adults, 6 kids (age 4-11). So much to offer! We took advantage of the exercise equipment, sauna and hot tub. Piano was a plus as we had people who could play. Sidewalks for walking and good bike paths (my husband brought his bike). We enjoyed the fire pit by the dock, fireworks continued after the Fourth. Kids fished and caught 3, including a big catfish (an experience that boy will never forget!). We wanted to use the kayaks but water was a little too choppy. Rented a pontoon boat. We had one rainy day but still had plenty to do, finished a puzzle, kids played video games, epic ping pong battles, movie and game nights. Not far from downtown Holland and Paisley Pig restaurant right across the street has good pizza. Beds were comfy. Kids were up at 6:30a raring to go, black-out curtains in the bunk room may have helped, maybe not haha. No window treatments in lower level sleeping area so keep that in mind. Loved the artistic touches from the dragon weathervane to the stained glass. The flower gardens are lovely. Would definitely go back!

Lots of rooms. Plenty of outdoor seating on the deck. Games and movies, billiard and ping-pong and more. Loved the hot tub, pool and the view. Was easy to slide in paddle boards from the sea wall. We did not use the kayaks. We had 3 generations and all were content.

The property overlook the lake and it was beautiful. Our family wanted to check out tulips but it was already too late, instead we get to enjoyed fishing at the dock! ✌️it was great and we didn’t even use all the amenities that was offers. Thank you again for the flexibility.

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The location was incredible and the house was awesome. The pool table and hot tub were really nice. The grill worked great. Plenty of beds and showers. We had 7 adults staying in different beds and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The handyman was really helpful - unlocked the house and gave us a tour when we arrived. The owner's communication was great (we didn't have to communicate much at all). Overall we couldn't be happier! No major cons whatsoever! Definitely recommended!

Enjoyable family stay in a great location & home.
Great location on Lake Macatawa and our family very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. We enjoyed all parts of the home from the comfortable atmosphere of the pool/game room to the expansive living area with amazing lake views. The hot tub overlooking the Lake was a wonderful treat! There is something for everyone in this well appointed home and would highly recommend.

Very spacious and comfortable home! We loved the hot tub (even in February!) and the sauna and the pool table. Plenty of towels and blankets. We saw lots of birds! Very clean also. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and helpful, being a local real estate broker, Andrea is very familiar with local happenings and happy to direct you to some fun stops. Property was exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, had everything you need to cook in the kitchen with expansive views of the lake from the living/dining area. The hot tub is also a bonus! We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your Holland retreat, Andrea! My family and I had the best time celebrating together and making full use of your many amenities — the pool table, sauna, hot tub, dual fire places, indoor grill, games, pool table, movies, and exercise equipment, in particular! Oh, and did I say pool table (haha)? The wintery lake views from the bedroom, living and recreation rooms, deck, and hot tub are spectacular, and imagine they are even more colorful and amazing during the warmer seasons. The kitchen and grill provided everything we needed and more to prepare our celebration and daily meals, and there were plenty of bathrooms/showers to let everybody get ready quickly. Thank you for quickly addressing my questions and all of your suggestions — it was terrific chatting with you! We look forward to returning, or maybe trying your nearby Saugatuck rental home, during the warmer months and making use of your kayaks and other beach/water equipment. Cheers! Ed & family

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. The indoor grill made for a nice steak dinner while we bundled up during a blizzard next to the fire place. Andrea was very attentive to responding quickly to any questions we had. The hot tub was the cherry on top to the evening as we tip toed through the snow to get in. Would stay again, and recommend to anyone wanting a private getaway on Lake Macatawa. 5 stars. Thank you Andrea.

Very Disappointing
Musty and smelly, the kitchen was old and there were were plants dying . Hot tub was frozen shut. The pots and pans and dishes were everywhere in cabinets . One mug had mold in it. For the price per night this was so disappointing. We left early and cut our losses and decided to be out the money and go home. We love Holland We always stay at high end VRBOs. We won’t be back.
