"New guesthouse very comfortable in this small village. Only problem is that booking with hotels.com, I was not provided with the entry code, the room numbers, the room codes and not even a correct phone number… arriving late in the rain with tired kids was not pleasant. Somehow guests opened to us and gave us a number to call."

We were awed!It was a bit of a drive on a dirt road but well worth it. The house was great. As described. The hot tub was an added treat. "We enjoyed our night here as we explored Northern Iceland. I was concerned that it might feel really tight with 6 adults - and it probably would have for a longer stay, but for a quick overnight or a longer stay for a family with kids (who would enjoy the small playground), it's great. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous."
