"I actually was surprised at the high marks this hotel received. It’s an older hotel that looks like the lobby has been redone because that looks very nice, but the rooms all need remodeling. There were chips in the furniture, creeking old bed, paint chip in the bathroom door, old carpet, etc."

"After having a terrible experience at an unrelated hotel the night before, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick upon arrival. He was pleasant and quickly got us checked in and directed us to our room.
