"This is a lovely little property in a quiet area, next door to a forest. The kitchen provided everything necessary, including an excellent bean to cup coffee machine and dish washer. Soap etc was also provided. There is a cleaning fee of 60€ and a 20€ per person optional fee for sheets and towels. "The property was perfect for a large group and allows you to spend time together as a group or to do your own thing if you're looking for a bit of peace and quiet. The pool, hot tub and sauna were well enjoyed and the house was generally well equipped and very nice. Just a couple of things to be mindful of - there is no wi-fi (which was quite nice and is in the advert), you'll need a cable to attach your phone to the speakers, for the money the late check in at 16:30 and early check out at 09:30...

"The property owner charged us for electricity usuage and tourist tax and demanded payments with cash only. She only spoke to us in German and the majority of the time it seemed that she was screaming at us. The house is in the middle of a bush and at night it is extremely hard to enter. The door does not lock and you have to slam it very hard for it to close. Overall, not a very good experience."

"Abgesehen davon, dass der Ort Rauchfangswerder doch sehr weit abgelegen ist, hat es uns im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Es ist zwar nicht das Neueste, aber für ein paar Nächte völlig ausreichend. Auf Grund der Lage "nur" 4 Sterne, sonst alles i.O. Im Sommer sicherlich noch schöner, wenn man die Terrasse, das Grundstück usw. nutzen kann. "Good central location - but quiet spot away from main rd. Near a primary school and residential flats and a park. Child friendly. Very good staff on reception. Clean room with balcony and small kitchen facilities. Very good shower. Great location if you want to explore central Berlin. A few mins walk from a subway station"

"The location is wonderful--easy walking distance to many Berlin landmarks. The check in/check out times are limited, but efficient. The apartment itself was clean and good sized, although furnishings were bare bones. Also, no toiletry products (soap, shampoo, lotion) were provided. We had planned to do laundry there, as there was a washing machine, but come to find out there is no dryer."
