"I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Natur und die Luft ist sehr schön. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Immer wieder gerne."

"A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...

"The apartment was small, but well stocked with towels and kitchen items.. and coffee pellets. The best thing about the place is the view of lake and alps. And the patio with table where we could sit for meals or aperitif. Very fine visit.. gondola and boat ride were fantastic too!"

Ruth's and Hanspeters' house is a home away from home. This house has everything and more than you will ever need for your trip. "Had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. It is a beautiful building and the views are amazing. I really enjoyed hearing the cowbell’s ring right from our room. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are big. Everything is new and modern. The bar service was excellent. We enjoyed our cocktails with an amazing view. I would recommend eating at a different restaurant as the service and food there was lacking. Our server was quite rude and impersonal, that’s all I will say. The hike was spectacular and overall Stoos lodge was outstanding. "
