Summary:
Britannia at Bellerive is a fusion of an original renovated cottage with modern rear addition, built to a very high quality and beautifully decorated to offer exceptional comfort for guests. The heart of the home is an open plan living and dining area that flows on to a fabulous private outdoor space with BBQ and play equipment for the children.
The house includes central heating to keep you warm and cosy in winter, off street parking and wifi
All this just a stroll to cafe's and waterfront
The Space:
Heritage features of the home have been combined with modern luxuries to create a wonderful home for your stay.
The main bedroom offers a very comfy king bed and an ensuite with underfloor heating, the second bedroom a queen and the third bedroom two singles and a trundle bed.
The main bathroom includes a bath, shower and double sink as well as underfloor heating.
We know that when you're on holiday you wish to have all the comforts of home and more, and with this in mind we have created a space that has attention to detail and is very family friendly. If you have a young child we can provide a porta cot, please let us know when you make your reservation.
All linen is provided and from our linen service, so is clean, hygienic and fresh, just the way you want it.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the house during their stay. There is a study room locked off however this is not advertised as included in the bedroom setup and will not impact your stay.
There is also a large off street parking space available for guests, which is able to accommodate 2 standard sized cars.
The Neighborhood:
Bellerive Bluff is a lovely, peaceful suburb of Hobart on the Derwent River.
During your visit we suggest you take a stroll along the waterfront walking track to Bellerive Beach or to the yacht club. There's some great cafes not far away and the famous Bellerive Oval is also nearby. If you're stocking up on groceries Salamanca Fresh at Bellerive is just around the corner and the Eastlands Shopping centre with specialty shops and 2 supermarkets is just a 5 minute Drive. The city is also less than 10 minutes away, just across the river, and the airport 15 minutes in the other direction.
Getting Around:
It good to have a car when in Hobart so that you can explore the city and the many wonderful villages in the Derwent, Huon, Bruny Island and Coal River Valley. Think wine, cheese and fresh produce!
Other Things to Note:
Please be respectful of the neighbours, we have a great relationship with them and they are super friendly.
On checkout please return the house to how you found it on check in. Our cleaners take care of the detailed cleaning, and remove the linen.
There are security cameras at the front of the house. These are not to monitor guests, for security only.
We request that you wash and wash and pack away any kitchen items used during your stay - thank you.
Interaction with Guests:
We leave you in privacy to enjoy the home. We are locals so if you need us we're not far away.
