"Clean, quiet, comfy beds and pillows, safe area, kind staff, nice pool, microwave, fridge, AC all worked and were clean, soap, shampoo, conditioner were provided, nice shower fixture, hot shower, smoking and non smoking rooms and I’m a smoker and didn’t smell the smoke smell upon entering my room, so I could tell it was cleaned and freshened. Smart TV, USB ports… nothing but positive things to say. (I didn’t have breakfast but they do have breakfast in the lobby/dining area, which is very nice and clean). This is my second time staying and I’ll be back. Excellent hotel, accommodations, and kind staff who all do a great job. "

"We had a small moving truck and were worried about parking in Chattanooga. It could not have been easier! We were even able to back into a space. The hotel is beautiful and spotless! Our two queen-bed room was huge, and I loved having a full-sized refrigerator for all our water bottles. We walked to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner and had waffles in the lobby (with some of the deluxe toppings on offer). I would definitely stay here again!"
