"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"I’m fairly disappointed with this property. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as you can hear absolutely everything going on in the other rooms. The bed is not memory foam or, if it is, it’s extremely old. The room has a smell that I think is coming from the old wardrobe and now all of my belongings I brought stink. "I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two..."

"The property is exceptional and the gardens are truly wonderful. Slight issue in travelling to the property, which took over 5 hours on public transport. As a tourist, it was impossible to provide an accurate arrival time which i estimated going on the distance that i needed to travel. Check out is at 10.30am and having been told twice, a little to keen on actually getting rid of guests.
