Beautifully appointed ocean-view condo just steps from Hilton Head’s most desired beach! One of the best views in Seaside Villas, this cozy retreat is just a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. The villa features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bunk beds for small children, plus a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep. Enjoy direct beach access and everything you need for a perfect Hilton Head getaway! 🌊☀️🏝️
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just 2 blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment, and just a short walk to the new Celebration Park, with its large children's playground and museum.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
