This partially updated villa has private access to the beach and oceanfront pool at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (2 pools, 2 restaurants, beach front access, gym, tennis and pickleball courts etc.) and just steps out your door onto the boardwalk to the beach from this first floor villa. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head. It features the largest beach front pool on HHI, 8 lit tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a tennis pro on-site, and a remodeled fitness center. During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karaoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort offers everything on site to make you vacation one to remember and return to each year. Waterfront restaurants and golf are just a short drive away. There is a seasonal shuttle to get your around the island that runs April - October. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails get around. Bike rentals can be found at the resort entrance.
