Located inside an 6 minute walk from the beach, This updated and extremely clean 5- Star rated property includes, free parking, bike rack, outdoor Gas grills, two swimming pools, one with a hot tub. Two award winning golf-courses are close by, as well as being one of the closest rental units to the Westin & Marriott Bonvoy Beach Club Resorts.

This first floor Villa is a well maintained, located within the wooded, highly sought out area in the Villages of Port Royal, Located Inside the Port Royal Plantation. This home is adequately equipped and conveniently located to make your Vacation stay a "Vacation to Remember". Off season rates include discounts for longer stays.

Freshly painted interior of our home is designed with an open concept, with the living area adjacent to the Dining room. With seating for six this area creates a warm space for relaxing, entertaining, and watching the 65" Smart flat-screen TV. Our fully equipped kitchen adds to the enjoyment of the open concept feel, with a breakfast bar and seating for four. However, should you decide to dine out there are several wonderful restaurants all within a short drive or biking distance. The Villa features a Full Size Washer & Dryer located inside the home, fully equipped bathrooms with hair dryers in each, all bath, hand & wash cloths are provided along with a "start up kit" waiting at your arrival.

If the BEACH is your love, you can go from stepping out of the villa to having your feet in the sand with a short 6 minutes walk. Use our beach wagon to carry our beach chairs and your cooler to the sand. The "Islander's Beach" park provides a large playground area with swings, slides, a covered play space, beach toys, picnic pavilion, grills, as well as bathrooms and sand-showers, and of course access to miles of pristine South Carolina beaches.

There are a limited number of metered parking spots at Islanders beach if you wish to drive, but bring a pocketful of quarters ($1/hour). Enjoy 5 miles of landscaped trails for running, walking or biking.
Our villa is an easy 6 minute walk from the large, quiet pool with a children's section or a second smaller pool with a hot tub. Enjoy a day trip? Savannah is just an hour away and loaded with its History & Charm.

Our first floor villa features two large bedrooms, each with king-size beds, new Mattresses and all new Furniture done in January 2024 and adjacent bathrooms. The master bedroom has a computer desk, chair, and one of three mobile device charging stations, while the oversized bathroom has a soaker, whirlpool tub.
The 2nd bathroom has a separate tub/shower area as well as access to the living area. As expected all linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. There is also a LoveSac Sectional couch in the living room that converts to a queen-sized bed. There are Smart Tv's with cable every room, Hi- Speed Internet, Free Wi-Fi.

The HVAC system will keep you at just the right temperature in all seasons, including control for the Humidity. The Villa is equipped with a breakfast bar, wet bar, Full size stacked washer/dryer for your use. Enjoy the fresh air and camellias from our full length deck out back. Port Royal Tennis and Racquet Club has relocated and is no longer behind us. The property behind us is in the process of redevelopment, and is currently not in use.

Our cleaning crew is excellent and very thorough. We are taking great care to clean surfaces, kitchen counters, refrigerator, cabinet handles, coffee makers, toaster, bathroom fixtures, door knobs and remote controls. The property is treated for pest and insects every 3rd Friday of the month. All possible steps are being taken to make our home is clean, spacious & not over decorated, ready for your arrival and completely enjoyable for your vacation.
