Welcome to your upstate oasis! Enjoy my fully-furnished, well-appointed home nestled in the trees across from Mohonk Preserve. Year-round hot tub. My chef's kitchen awaits: Wolf range, Liebherr refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, granite countertops, and a large farm table that seats 8. The laundry room is outfitted with a large capacity LG washer and dryer. BBQ on the stone patio, or enjoy the screened-in porch leading to the hot tub. The house has three same-size bedrooms with queen beds in each and two full bathrooms (one upstairs with a tub and one downstairs with a walk-in-shower). All the bedrooms have sheers and blinds. Located on a quiet acre, but just a mile from the town of High Falls, four miles from Stone Ridge, close to and Minnewaska State Park, and several entrances to Mohonk Preserve. High Falls is less than two hours by car from most points in NYC.

I live locally and rented 94 Cedar Hill for my visiting adult children. As a local, I have driven by the property many times but could not imagine till I visited my family who were staying there, how spacious yet cozy, convenient yet private this beautifully kept home and yard would prove to be. Our host Mary was always kind and helpful in her prompt communications with me. I know my family would love to stay there again.

I spent a long weekend here with my adult son and 2 1/2 year old grandson. We visited a lot of spots that were familiar to me from growing up in the area. The accommodations were wonderful and the location was perfect for exploring Mohonk, the Rosendale trestle, Kingston and Saugerties sites. We ate all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything that we needed for preparing and serving our meals. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highest recommendations!

This was our third stay here. It’s a wonderful house with hot tub. Kitchen is great with everything we need. Comfortable living and dining area. Owner comes by and mows the lawn and quickly responds to any needs. Marvelous little towns near by. Lots of nature and great walks to take down the road bout on walking trails.

My family came to ski at Bellayre and were lucky to find the perfect home. Mary was interactive with us and helpful. She even snuck over and plowed the driveway. The house has three beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen that had everything needed. The wood burning fireplace was cozy as the night temp was 19 degrees. The hot tub was a wonderful treat for sore muscles.

A Wonderful Stay
Travelled upstate with our adult children for Thanksgiving and had a terrific time. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. This property is a warm and cozy gathering place, perfect for families looking to relax and unwind. The house is not only gorgeous, but so well equipped from the kitchen to the linens and to the hot tub! A wonderful place to call home
The property is meticulously maintained and the landscape is groomed and kept looking neat. The house is stocked with luxurious towels, shampoo, body wash etc. The kitchen is open spacious area with up-to-date appliances. Wonderful dining area and living room. So much more, upstairs TV room and bedrooms. This is our 2nd stay here and hopefully many more.
