This lovingly furnished, 55 square meter 2-bedroom apartment is located in the attic of the villa and offers 2 people plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. The spacious living room has a comfortable couch, TV and Bose radio incl. CD player. The modern, fully equipped full kitchen including dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave is in the living room. For relaxation also relax in the spacious, south facing loggia, which is equipped with a dining area, a further smaller leather couch and flat screen TV. The large windows can be opened almost fully with two handles and so gives the loggia a little "balcony Feeling". From here you can enjoy the sunsets over Bansin. The bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses, as well as sufficient closet space and an additional TV. The adjoining neat bathroom offers both shower and bathtub, sink and toilet. A highlight in the bathroom is a skylight in the roof. The passenger car parking space is located on the property. Washer and dryer can be found in the basement.

On the Kulm, in 2004, lovingly restored bath villa "San Marino" perched in a quiet, park-like grounds. Each tastefully decorated and cozy apartment has a balcony, terrace or loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground with two swings, a normal seesaw, a spring toy and two benches on the property.   In just a few minutes walk you reach the lively town center with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. From here you can get to the Heringsdorf pier. With 508m it is the longest pier in Germany. In addition, in the center are the popular concert shell and the largest beach chair in the world!   To round off the wellbeing program on holiday, from mid-September to mid-May a free communal sauna welcomes you in the middle entrance of "Haus Annette" (on the property). You can warm yourself up and relax on several sun loungers and in a small sitting area at the following times: 16: 00-22: 00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays In the "Haus Valentino" (on the property) you can use a bicycle storage room as well Fee to use a washing machine and a dryer.   Each apartment has 1 parking space available.
