This cozy 75 square meter three-room apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for max. 4 people. The spacious living room with parquet floor offers guests a couch and chair, a large coffee table and flat screen TV and radio. The living room is a spacious bright loggia closes west orientation with partial lake view, where the meals can be taken. An additional seat and the magnificent views invite at any time to linger in the Loggia. From here you can watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade. The separate kitchen has a full kitchen with an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine etc. and a smaller dining area. Also from the living room passable, the two bedrooms, each with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space are established. The bathroom with window is equipped with a bathtub with shower and sink / toilet. Washer and dryer are in the house, a parking space on the property.   The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation.

 Named after the godfather of Norse mythology, the lovingly and ornately decorated "Haus Odin" welcomes you in a quiet and exclusive location directly on the promenade. After just 50m you can easily reach the beach access in front of the property and can look far to the Baltic Sea.   From the accommodation you can comfortably reach the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center or the popular theater "Chapeau Rouge" in about 10 minutes. In about 150m distance invites the "Bakery Thiel" in Delbrückstraße for a tasty and invigorating start to the holiday morning. Next to it is the Gasthof "Schmiedehaus", if you like to dine heartily in the immediate vicinity. Other restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade both towards Heringsdorf and towards Ahlbeck.   A washing machine and a dryer are in the basement (side entrance) available. Your own or borrowed bikes can accommodate you on the property protected in a lockable bike shed.   Each apartment is 1 parking space on the property available, which is labeled with the appropriate apartment number.   Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival.
