This approximately 58 square meter three-room apartment in 1. Upstairs offers a maximum of 5 people space for a relaxing holiday. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa set with sleep function as well as TV and radio. The kitchenette is open in the living room integrated and equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, microwave etc. Meals can be taken at the large table in the light-flooded loggia facing south. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space, the smaller bedroom with a daybed (usable as a single or double bed). The inside bathroom is equipped with shower, sink / toilet. A parking space is located in the parking garage in about 150 meters from Villa Mailin. There are two parking spaces in front of the house for loading and unloading. Pets are welcome in this apartment.

The villa offers comfortable holiday apartments for 2 to 4 people. All apartments enjoy a neat and tasteful decor. Most of the apartments have a loggia. Washing machine is in the basement. Car parking spaces are reserved in the parking garage. Bicycles can be parked next to the villa in the bike rack. 

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Trotz Corona-Maßnahmen ein schöner Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Schönes Objekt, etwas hellhörig aber OK. Kurze Wege zum geliebten Wasser nebst Strand. Parken im Parkhaus herausfordernd, da die Zuwegung zu den Parkdecks viel zu eng ist. Kommen aber immer wieder gerne!

Sauber und schön, aber unzureichend Ausgestattet

Das Apartment ist im Großen und Ganzen gut. Die Abwicklung vor Ort war mit den Damen schnell und unkompliziert und das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und ordentlich. Mangelhaft ist allerdings die Ausstattung der Küche. Das startet bei anständigen Schneidemessern und hört bei Untersetzern auf. Auch Basics wie Salz und Pfeffer erwarte ich in einem Apartment mit Küche. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schön gelegenes und sauberes Apartment, das ich auch weiter empfehlen würde.
