This 44 square meter cozy 2-room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs and is suitable for 2-3 persons. The guests have a living room with a small couch corner and a window seat to eat available. Radio and TV are of course. The integrated in the living room kitchen is with fridge incl. Freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. The wonderfully large balcony with northern orientation is accessible from the living room. In the hallway open bedroom is a double bed with separate mattresses (0.90 x 2.00 m) and enough closet space. (Hall and bedroom are not separated by a door.) The third sleeping place is the couch in the living room. The spacious bathroom with window is equipped with bathtub, vanity, toilet. A parking space is located in the yard and is assigned to the apartment.  

The lovingly renovated bath villa in Lindenstrasse 13 in Heringsdorf is centrally located. With a walk of about 10 minutes you reach the pier of Heringsdorf and the beach. The villa offers comfortable apartments for 2 to 4 people. All apartments enjoy a well-maintained equipment. Car parking spaces are located on the property. 

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Kurzurlaub Usedom in der Lindenstraße

Die Wohnung liegt optimal, ist zwar etwas klein, aber für eine Woche Urlaub war sie für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Leider muss dort vorher geraucht worden sein, denn es stank nach kaltem und abgestandenem Rauch. Habe dies bei der Schlüsselabgabe der Agentur mitgeteilt. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.
