Kurfürst 6 - (Breeze) Villa Kurfürst

In the second development row to the beach promenade but nevertheless with lake view is the lavishly renovated villa Kurfürst in the seaside resort Bansin. A 5-minute walk will take you to the pier and the center of Bansin. Spacious apartments in a very central location with modern comfort are at your disposal. A stone's throw separates you from the fine sandy white beach. Many restaurants and cafes and the flair of Bansin welcome you.

The apartment has a small balcony to the sea overlooking the Bansiner pier and a more spacious balcony facing south. The brightly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed. In the living room you will find a cozy couch. Color TV and radio available for use. A separate dining table, a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, stove, p. p. round off the living area. Two ornate tiled bathrooms are equipped with showers and bathtub. In the basement are washer and dryer. The parking is located on the plot next to the house.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Und sie ist nicht so vollgerumpelt, man hat Platz. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch!Die Villa hat wirklich Charme... die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr freundlich. Check in und out waren unkompliziert möglich.Es gibt kleine Mängel- die Fenster müßten abgedichtet werden, was man zu dieser Jahreszeit besonders merkt. Im großen Bad gibt es keinen Duschvorhang, sodass das Bad nach jedem Duschen schwimmt, man ordentlich aufwischen muß...Die Sitzkissen sind fleckig....Doch insgesamt wirklich eine selten schöne Atmosphäre!Danke für dieses kleine paradiesische Fleckchen an der Ostsee!

Die Wohnung hat uns total begeistert. Tolle Ausstattung, hell und geräumig in allerbester Lage mit Blick zur Ostsee. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
