This 41 sqm sunny 1-bedroom apartment is on the first Floor of Villa. Due to the southern orientation, this apartment is bright and friendly. In the living room are available for a cozy couch, flat screen TV and radio for use. The double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) is also located in the living room. Ample closet space is available to guests in the hallway. The apartment also has a separate kitchen incl. Ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave pp. From here you reach the spacious south-facing balcony overlooking the park book that promises many hours of sunshine. The bathroom is equipped with shower and sink / toilet. In the basement are washer and dryer. The parking is located on the plot next to the house.  

The house has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the best equipment. Laminate flooring or even Vollholzdielung are standard. Lovingly furnished living rooms and bedrooms beautify your Baltic stay. The bathrooms are bright and airy. In the basement are a washing machine and dryer. The parking space for each apartment is located directly at the house. No storage facilities for bicycles are available.

Gut mit Mängeln

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Strandnah, allerdings nicht mit Blick Richtung Ostsee, sondern nach hinten, was andererseits wieder Ruhe bedeutet.Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich gut. Mängel: Ein sehr wackliger Kleiderschrank, der bei jedem Öffnen in große Schwankungen gerät (sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig!). Auch die kleine Stehlampe war schon ziemlich ausgeleiert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wie oft in Ferienwohnungen ungleichmäßig. Manche Teile (z.B. Teller) gibt es in sehr großer Anzahl, dann aber wieder nur 5 Messer etc. Leider war auch die Einrichtung nicht ausreichend kontrolliert worden, z.B. fehlte eine Glühbirne in der Küche. All das sind Dinge, die ich in einer Ferienwohnung eigentlich anders erwarte.
