"Loved our little place in Grantchester- it was so quaint and had everything we needed. Grantchester is a lovely little village. Parking was available just outside, the unit was clean and it was the perfect size for us. The place is decorated with the host's artwork which is lovely. Our hosts, Tess and her husband, lived next door and were always available (but we had no problems). The location is quiet and an easy drive to Cambridge. "We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!). "Liked the ease and location of the property. It was great place to put our heads down for our visit to family who live locally. I would probably use this place again in the future. Two minor things I would change if it was my property. Better curtains or curtains over the blinds for the bedroom. ( the Venetians let in quite a lot of light for a bedroom) The other thing is the bed in the bedroom is comfortable but is very creaky. "Beautiful cosy cottage in a sweet little village. We had the most wonderful mid week family break. Very nicely decorated with everything you would need. Steep stairs and uneven floors but nothing we couldn't cope with-added to the fun! We took the new family puppy and it was in a perfect location for the county park and lovely walks.
