"just came back from a 3 night stay here and we were all very impressed with the high standard of the property and its cleanliness. the owners go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome and we wanted for nothing. everything was thought of , lovely welcome basket and homemade cake too. thoroughly recommend and will definately return thanks for a lovely relaxing break"

"Absolutely fabulous little cottage. Has everything you could possibly need. 10 minute walk from train station. Centrally located. Absolutely perfect. Great communication from the owner. Lovely welcome package on arrival. Would definitely recommend."

"Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell "

"We were very impressed with the property and the hosts. They had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It was nice seeing the animals too. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The ground floor amenities were very helpful as my husband struggles with mobility so having the shower and 2nd bedroom on one level helped. There was everything you need in the kitchen,board games, towels and toilet rolls, hairdryer etc. The beds were comfortable and the heating kept the barn...

"quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere "

"Its a very modern and roomy property with everything you need for the week . A separate freezer and a washing machine would enhance the stay for us also a little bit cramped on the patio area . But overall one of the best holiday lets we have been to."

"This is my second holiday at this beautiful lodge. Itâ€™s my happy place where I completely turn off, unwind, and relax, location is lovely, lots of wildlife, beautiful bird song, itâ€™s like home to me. The Lodge itself has everything you could want, well equipped kitchen, separate bath and shower, and plenty of space. The owner of the lodge is a delight to deal with and very accommodating. I wouldnâ€™t hesitate to book many more holidays here.."

"Perfect house for a family get-together for 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children). Great location being close to Skegness and local shops and takeaways in Wainfleet within walking distance (don't get caught out, as they don't take card payments - cash only!). Plenty of room in the house for us all, it was cosy and warm, and bedrooms were a good size. Hot tub was perfect, and very well-received."

"Lovely clean property with literally everything you would need.Simple self check in and full instructions given by owner.Lovely garden which our dogs loved.Nice quiet area with the beach and nature reserve just around the corner.Deserves six stars and we will be back."
