"A pleasant 1 night stay in Snaefellsnes as we were driving around the ring road. Adam at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and was very friendly. We were also quite pleasantly surprised with the quality of food at the Mural restaurant at the hotel. Being vegetarians, we were not expecting to see anything satisfactory on the menu but we quite enjoyed the cream of mushroom soup and the avocado salad. There are no other restaurants to speak of in the rest of the town or within short driving distance, so we were very relieved that the food at the hotel was quite filling and tasty. The room itself is not very spacious and we found the bathroom to be small but it was adequate for our needs. We could not ask for too much more for a 1 night stay. There is ample free parking available at the property."

"Overall, the stay was excellent. The unit was very large which was great. They provided beers upon arrival which was very nice! There was also a beautiful view of the water from the terrace. Only issues I had were: the bed was old and squeaked every time I moved, there was no TV (not a huge deal) and one of the towels was slightly smelly (maybe dried wrong). Other than these small issues, the property was excellent and I would definitely stay there again."
