"Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Bei Sonne heizt sich das Hausboot bei geschlossenen Türen stark auf. Ähnlich wie ein Auto. Ansonsten wirklich sehr schön!"

Le village de Uitgeest est très tranquille, tous les services à proximité. Point qui peut-être dérangeant pour les personnes sensibles au bruit: les avions font leur approche de l'aéroport d'Amsterdam au dessus du lac."

"Hostel is quite a way out of Haarlem and next to a busy road but on arrival we discovered we had been given a room at the back facing the park - much appreciated as 4 cyclists on a cycle/touring holiday. Lovely friendly staff . Had some snacks from the bar and there was a lovely brazier to sit around in the garden . Met some friendly Dutch and Americans. Breakfast adequate for our needs ."
