The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. "It's a lovely little studio in a fantastic location in downtown Santa Ana. Very quiet, despite it being near a lot of buzzy restaurants! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at Jenn's place. It is very nicely decorated and is well stocked with all we needed. The location is nice with respect to freeway access and access to groceries, dining, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the house is, especially because the street is a bit busy. The gated parking is awesome...we felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was a wonderful, beautiful retro bungalow with all the fun decor. Denver was excellent as a property manager, providing all of the needs that you would have for the very first night and day with snacks and water and everything actually. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings with coffee, having a parking garage so that we didn’t have to fight the parking situation. We loved being able to just walk and feel safe and downtown Long Beach very close to the queen Mary Shoreline...

"My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of."

"The house was very comfortable, especially the large king bed. It was nice to have the option for A/C which isn’t always available. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use. Access to the garage was also a huge plus with limited island parking. The host was very attentive and friendly!"

Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. "The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus."

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
