"Clean, quiet cottage with marvellous views. Kitchen large and well equipped. Beds and settees comfy. Good base for walking the coastal path. Would like to come back. Only negative was the one very small bath towel each and no individual hand towels, or dishcloth."

"Very welcoming. We stayed in the suite which was huge with 2 separate bedrooms and small dining area in the middle and a separate bathroom. Service and food was excellent. Especially the evening meals in the restaurant on the ground floor, all homemade meals - recommend the beef and ale pie! Breakfast was good, plenty of options even with a fussy child. There was confusion about parking at first but plenty on the main road and plenty in a public car park next door. There is actually some to the rear of the property for visitors but not very clearly identified. We weren't phased by being on a main road personally, we all slept very well. The little loch at the side of the hotel was a nice treat especially for a morning stroll. A local co-op next door to this too. Bakery and takeaways across the road if needed."

"Janette was great and helpful with suggestions on things to do in the area. CJ was cute and helpful. You do have to carry bags up the stairs to your room. The food was very good and they provided breakfast. "
