"You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. "

"友人と子ども含む2家族で滞在したい目的で宿泊。 目的としては十分達成できたので良かったです。 ただ、表面上の清掃は問題なかったのですが、ベッドの下、システムキッチンの下、車庫（虫の死骸があった）等、全てに行き届いているというものではなかったです。 また、部屋の装備においては、IHコンロの操作がわかりにくく説明書も必要最低限というところも不親切、炊飯器のコードが短くソファ近くの床に置いてご飯を炊かないといけなかった等、少し不便でした。タコ足や延長コードも備えておいてくれたらと思います。 施設は新しくおしゃれなのですが、立地に対して、お値段も高めだなと思います。 当日、該当するお部屋のお風呂やシャワーも使えず（給湯器故障）、別部屋にて入浴しました。この件においては驚きましたが、丁寧な対応と返金があったので問題なかったです。 でも、この建物内のお部屋全て同じかと思いますが、シャワー室と浴室がつながっていないのは不便ですね。 九十九里の各所にアクセスしやすく、旅自体楽しめて良かったのですが、お部屋に関しては総合的に見て値段設定と見合っていないと感じるところは多かったです。"

"２度目の利用です。とりあえず快適に過ごせる設備は整っていて、露天風呂もあってコスパは良いと思います。九十九里近辺でのレジャーにはオススメです。 前回はなかった残念な点とした、今回は清掃が適当な印象をうけました。テーブルは全くといっていいほど拭かれておらず、ぱっと見から飲み物の跡か何かでベトベトで、自分達で拭き直したら拭いた布がまっ茶色になりました。また、空気清浄機は横から見えるフィルターにホコリで詰まっているのが明らかで、しばらく手入れしていないのがわかりました。エアコンも外から見えるところに埃がたくさんついていて、こちらも最近は手入れをしていないのだろうと想像ができてしてまいました。出来れば3回目以降も是非利用したいので、これを見て改善していだけることに期待しています。"
