"Overall I would stay again, but I think it would be better in the summer. Positives: Great location for exploring south Bruny Island, and handy to the local hotel for meals (we didn't use the cooking facilities). The washing machine was handy, and the shower and hot water was good. Not so positive: The property was a bit cold, even though we used the air conditioner before lighting the wood fire.
