Nice home in Güntersberge with sauna

This house is located in Güntersberge on a south-facing slope. Enjoy a magnificent and undisturbed view of nature from the terrace or relax in the sauna (accessible from the outside).



There are two separate bedrooms, in the living area there is another sleeping possibility.



Güntersberge is a district of the city of Harzgerode in the district and low mountain range Harz. Since April 4, 2001 Güntersberge is a state-approved resort. Northwest of the village lies the early modern deserted Selkenfelde in the Selke valley. At the western entrance to the village is the Bergsee, a former mill pond that dams the Selke River.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 in 2025 and EUR 15.00 in 2026 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen, naturnahen Lage und ist sehr geräumig.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen, naturnahen Lage und ist sehr geräumig. Im Haus fanden wir wirklich alles, was mach so braucht in angemessener Anzahl vor. Die Sauna und der Wintergarten sind die Highlights des Objekts. Der Check in war unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr nett.Allerdings sollte man etwas gegen die "Untermieter" in der Decke und den Wänden unternehmen, dass war etwas irritierend.
