"Microwave and coffee maker wasn’t clean, floor needed vacuuming, there were scraps of food on the floor near the table and bed. Linen was clean but bed wasn’t too comfortable. Bagel in travel bag was definitely stale. I arrived early and was greeted with respect, I was allowed to go to my room which I really appreciated as I was tired from my trip. Housekeeper greeted me with a nice hi and a smile."
