1. Wrong initial key code 2. Overpowering odor of industrial cleaning fluids 3. Niether tv worked, one had a shattered screen 4. Host was not responsive 5. Door lock was broken. Had to leave the door unlocked when leaving the apt.

This location was great for our visit to the XL Center, just around the corner! The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay in Hartford. We would absolutely stay again.

Our stay here was great. Everything was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the little touches like the basket of necessities that was provided. We were very impressed with how quiet it was! We were a little concerned with it being located above a few bars, but the apartment was so quiet that we forget they were below us the night that we stayed. We also loved having a dog-friendly option for our stay in Hartford. Our pup especially enjoyed hanging out by the window to watch the world go by from a few floors up!
