"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "Have you ever wondered what it would be like to experience the home of our most beloved gamekeeper? Wonder no more! This place is the real deal. Our jaws hung open from moment we walked in and bolted the huge wooden door, as we walked around taking in every authentic inch of this cozy cabin. I'm still not sure we saw everything! "The property is what was listed, small rustic log cabin. Cute place overall, scrubbed the shower down with some cleaner before using it but overall pretty clean. Check in was very simple. Needs some extra amenities in the kitchen as well but overall happy with the stay especially foe the price. "
