"Great house and fab location, loved the cows and horses walking by the front door! Only a quick stroll to the village. Would also recommend the cycle hire shop and great local bike trail to the Deer Sanctuary. Queens Head is a great pub with good food. "

"My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful garden, clean and comfortable interior, great spaces for socializing and cooking. Well equipped! Ample parking. Great position for exploring. "We really loved staying at this house. It’s in the perfect location, stepping out straight into the woods. We spotted 4 deer at sunset on one day, and came across many of the wild horses that roam around in the area. Several great walks in nearby woods too. We recommend visiting the Raptor Centre nearby too. The house was perfect for us. Everything you could need. It was clean & tidy. We really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco & a lovely chocolate cake! Anne greeted us and came to say goodbye...

"Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"Amazing property, beautifully styled. It felt very welcoming and there were lots of extra little touches that made the stay more special. The breakfast basket was awesome!! Highly recommend the Old Mill Pub too, which is within walking distance. Thank you for a great stay. "

"We stayed for 4 nights in September and can definitely give Kim and Nigel’s cottage 5 stars. Communication was brilliant and we had been left some wonderful supplies to get us started. The location next to Ellingham Church is very peaceful and the cottage is finished to a very high standard. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this property."

"We were greeted by our host who had kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage ahead of moving into the cottage. The cottage itself is cosy and well appointed with an Aga stove in the kitchen that keeps the cottage warm. It has a small but well kept garden with table and chairs for outside dining if desired. Also parking for two cars. We took some wonderful trips in the area where many of the villages have thatched cottages. There is a post office and village shop close by and local pubs within...

"We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. The guy who came to sort out the alarm also helped with the TV and he was really nice, even gave us recommendation where to visit in the area. Someone turned off the freezer so...
