"The down size was climbing stairs to our room which was on 2nd floor but had a set off 4 flights off stairs. The hotel is about 1 and half hours from wembley if walking. The underground is 2 mins away but when going to concert remember queues. The breakfast was average but eatable."

"The door didnt unlock for five minutes and then only unlocked when pushed open with force, the room itself was very very uncomfortably hot, there was a smell of poo inside the room, which did not come from the bathroom, the bed is very uncomfortable to even sit on and creeks at the smallest of movements, the smell of weed flies into the room when the windows are open, overall wasnt expecting much for £57 but this was unbelievable"

"The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!"
