Great location!

This was a perfect place to stay! Super close to boyne highlands and many great restaurants! Nice driveway with room to park, and a quiet neighborhood!

Overall nice house, great location!

Overall nice experience-simple home- would probably stay again! Was clean and the neighborhood was quiet! The upstairs does not cool well, got better when we closed the vents downstairs. There is well water. PROS: Clean, nice neighborhood, two full bathrooms. The location was great for us. Halfway between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Very close to multiple beaches. Communication with the manager was good. He got back to me right away when I had questions when we were booking the house. We only had one issue when we were at the home and he responded with a reasonable amount of time. Washer and dryer were quiet so we could use them while watching TV or talking. Backyard has natural fence from shrubs and trees so good for small kids to play. CONS: Well water- we buying water to drink and make coffee with. Some parts of the home are less updated if that matters to you. Upstairs didn’t cool great. The showers both have a very loud and high-pitched squealing sound about 50% percent of the time. Bring your own hairdryer. The owners had very particular set of rules, which worked out well for us since we have the same rules in our house (use coasters, don’t wear your shoes in the house, be quiet and respectful around the neighbors). This is probably why the house remains clean. Kitchen is kind of small. PLACES WE VISITED NEARBY: Magnus Beach, Petoskey State Beach/Park, Little Traverse Bay Ferry sunset cruise.
