"Felt like a home away from home! Nestled in a forest of giants, this was a welcoming place to stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, especially after a day spent exploring, and the coffee/tea bar made for easy relaxing mornings. Despite the fact it rained all weekend while we were there, the house was full of natural light from skylights and plenty of windows. This is humble and well maintained property that I’d love to book again for future adventures!"

"Our stay at this cabin in Gasquet was amazing. It was even better than the pictures show. The owners are great and stopped by, even leaving fresh eggs! The four of us, including our teenage son and younger daughter, loved walking down to the river. What an amazing place being shared with so many others. We visited the Simpson-Reed Grove, Fern Canyon and Big Tree Wayside while we were there. "

"Klamath is by far an under traveled town in the heart of the Redwoods. We loved the comfort of our room and the friendly staff. I do however wish they would extend the hours for the bar (8pm is way to early to close) after hiking all day we would have loved to have had a few drinks and spent some time in the casino. Other than that this place is amazing and so close to miles of hiking throughout the Redwoods. We definitely will be back"

"Property is nice, clean and well supplied. Only thing is the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the host kept us updated on check-in time and check out time. Overall we had a great time."

"The food, the staff, the location, the proterty, the vibes and the town were all amazing. It was dang near the perfect stay, there wasnt a large variety of places to eat but the hospitality of the places that there were out there was phenomenal. Everyone was super kind, the sights were incredible and we will retun. P.S. the gas is super cheap around there compared to anywhere else in california and biscuits & gravy were to die for!"

"This is a well cared for property with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and total care all through. It is a great base for exploring the redwoods north and south. Strong internet. Recommend a trip to a larger grocery on the way there as the local offerings are smaller. "

"If you are looking for a place to stay as a jumping off point to all the redwood forests, this cabin is what you want. Wonderful hosts that can point you in the right direction for places to go and a friendly dog to greet you when you return from a day of hiking and sightseeing. Get a taste of off grid living without having to fully commit to moving to the mountains."

"I liked how clean and spacious the place was, the beautiful view of the river. The only drawback was that there was a storm and the electricity went out and they didn't have a generator, but it was something natural, but it was a very pleasant stay."
