The Space:
This home will accommodate groups up to 10 easily with 5 bedrooms, all with queen sized beds. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with all others on the second floor. Guests will enjoy a large kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room overlooking the pool.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the pool and the shoreline. The home is located on a tidal cove in Hancock, Maine. The property consists of ten acres with walking trails throughout. Guests are welcome to use the walking trails at their own risk. There is a children's play set on the property, which is also available for guest use, at their own risk. Please note that the lower level of the home is also available for short-term rental.

This home is located in Hancock, Maine. Guests will enjoy visiting Tidal Falls Preserve, just a few miles from the home and a great place to search for starfish! Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are 30 minutes away, offering hiking trails, sightseeing and guided tours. Schoodic Point should not be missed and is also 25-30 minutes away.

Close to many Maine musts!

Large clean house with enough amenities to be comfortable. The pool was padlocked from the deck making it a bit awkward to access, you needed to go through the living room and there was no air other than a box fan and ceiling fan in the master bedroom but we were out most of the time so it was fine. Well taken care of yard, and easy to find location. Next time they need to be more clear that others will be sharing the home when it’s listed as entire home on vrbo. Definitely worth renting for large family with kids as these kinks can easily be worked out
