"Mixed review. The building location was great. The room was smallish but that was well advertised. The amenities were there but all did NOT work. Most notably was the ceiling fan. Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. Management did NOT fix during my stay but instead offered a small (maybe 4-5 inch) table top fan that was grossly inadequate to cool the room. "Easy to find, easy to check in without any staff. The room was clean and the kitchen was correct. There are issues with the place though. The bathroom has a foul smell of drains, the metro can be heard and felt as is passes underneath, and the mattress and bedding were very low quality."

"We stay at the Citadine frequently when travelling with our family as our parents like the ease of using the facility as it has a mini kitchen in the room. We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "
