"When we arrived we were greeted by Gernot. He was a very kind host. The apartment was bright and beautiful! Very comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing and we slept wonderfully. First we were told things will be fixed the next day and next day morning we were told that it will not be and will be provided a 10 euro refund.
