The staff at breakfast were especially lovely. Clean and well-stocked rooms. We had a nice walk along the waterfront to the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses to stretch our legs and take in some sights."

"We booked two juniorJapanese Western suites for a family of 6. The suites were spacious, with a western bedroom with 2 beds and a Japanese room with futons. Each suite came with a spacious terrace. The bathrooms had nice big tubs plus shower. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washing machine was a big convenience. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Hakodate."
