The location in the hamlet of Water Newton is stunning and gorgeous walks through the countryside are abundant. "Great house, much bigger in the flesh than the pictures make it look, and we would definitely return, only couple of minor points we had to hover when we arrived as spiders in every room, and maybe an adult cue for the pool table but only minor things overall a great stay"

"Had a lovely stay the cottage is all done out to a good standard issy gave us lots of useful information the beds was really comfortable and there is a Tesco near by with lots of takeout food places we visited skeggy as it was only a hr away we would definitely go like to gii ok again"

"The property was tucked away and in a beautiful location. We made great use of the lakes and explored on paddle board and kayak, launching from just by the parking area and front door to the property. Very convenient! "
