Miss Coco's Place is sure to be a hit with everyone in the family! Cute and spacious, this home has everything you need. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, linens provided, fully set up kitchen, cable, wifi, florida room off the master. LARGE back yard, lots of parking. Just a 2 min drive to the beach. A couple of miles to many area attractions. Book now before it's too late <3

Area attractions include, dining, shopping, casinos, Lynn Meadows, an aquarium, water park and much more!
Thermostat Settings
In order to keep the air conditioning unit running properly and stop it from shutting down the lowest setting on cool will be 70 degrees. The heat will not go pass 68 degrees in the winter. There is humidity here in the south that overwork the units.

Great place to stay

Home fit our family perfectly and felt so comfortable and homey. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back down to Biloxi.

Perfect for the Price

We had a great time at the property. 5 min walk to the beach. Go size yard for activities. Do not let the train tracks near the house deter you. Never bothered us at one point throughout the stay. The owners were very responsive to any issues when ran into throughout the stay. I would definitely book again, but maybe during a cooler time of the year, LOL!

We absolutely loved this place the kids hated to go home I was hopeing the beach was a little closer but it was that far it was very nice clean and really felt like home we will definitely be back again

Clean and convenient

The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (2 teens). It is just blocks from the beach and a few minutes to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. We had the perfect amount of space in the house to spend time together as well as have our privacy. The beds were comfy too. I thought it had a dish washer, but that wasn't a huge deal. It was a great deal! We had the whole house and spent just a little more than we would have paid for a hotel room with 2 double beds!

Beach Trip

Everything was very nice. Expected to be closer to the beach. Did not realize the house was across the street from railroad tracks. (Although not too noisy- just not easy access to beach. We usually walk.)

Cleanliness

Upon initial arrival the house was not clean. I notified the property manager who attempted to rectify that night however had to send someone to clean again the following day. Had we been notified of the way the guest prior to us had left the house, I would have let them know we were arriving later than check in and to continue cleaning. Our vacation would have started out better had I received a phone call initially. Overall it ended well and we were fine with our rental.

Just right!

Cute, clean affordable cabin. We enjoyed our stay and so appreciated all the little additions that made it feel more like a home. Would stay again!
