"This house worked great for our family of 5. It is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happily surprised to find the garage stocked with everything we would need for a beach excursion. The host was quick to respond to communication and the check in/ check out process was really smooth and easy! There is a Sprouts and Publix within 5 minutes of the house as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, etc."

"This wonderful home was a joy to visit! It was quiet peaceful. The pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Shopping was close and the church was across the street. The beach was only 5 minutes away and great restaurants. We'd love to come back sometime."

"We loved the location- close to everything. The pool was amazing for our little kids- loved the sun deck! Clean and close to siesta key- about 9 min to the beach! Loved the large sliding doors so I could see the kids if they were taking a sun break- a great family vacation! Comes with beach chairs, wagon, and cooler for the beach."

"Home is in older community. Home could use some updating but was clean. Entry was made via key kept in lock box that was kind of annoying to use as some of the buttons didn't work well. A digital keypad entry would be much better. Biggest issue is a safety matter: front door is an out swing door so hinges are on the outside. This means anyone could push the pins out and remove the whole door from the outside. Also, there was a gap between the door frame and the door, exposing the door lock bolt....

"This home has everything you need for a great getaway. The location is close to restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. We enjoyed the nice bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and the access to hundreds of movies for our after dinner movie nights. The hosts are very prompt and very helpful."

"Stay went well. Nice to have met Shannon in person, was helpful getting situated upon arrival! Suggestions: had some difficulty accessing wi/fi. Instruction folder in unit with information on wi/fi access and how to use tv settings maybe helpful! Shade on side door glass would enhance privacy! Overall very quiet setting and comfortable bed to sleep in!"
