Ok , really bad receptionist

"The place is very nice , the office people very attentive but I had a problem : the receptionist was suuuuper slow and limited because he said he couldn’t find the reservation . My agent called and he was like suuuper slow and playing dumb? Also there is no way to book with breakfast had to pay it ..."
