Seascape - Outstanding Views Pet Friendly.

Situated just across the road from the beach, this two-storey, and 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home has outstanding ocean views from both levels. The property accommodates 8 people and includes a pool table, reverse cycle air-con, balcony and carport and a brand new kitchen plus dishwasher has been recently installed. A great added bonus with this property is Wifi (Conditions Apply). The enclosed back yard has a covered barbecue area and is pet friendly (Outside Only), so you can bring the whole family.

Pet Friendly-$250 pet bond applicable.

No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No School Leaver Bookings. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells,building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.

Absolutely stunning views and exceptional location. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or views. The house itself is a beach house and perfect for the location. What lets this property down is the cleanliness or lack of. The kitchen cupboards and benches were all dirty and sticky and so were the all the cooking products in the kitchen and also the kitchen table. The house needs a good scrub from top to bottom and to deal with the ant problem in the kitchen.

Great location, ocean views

The property is located beautifully near beach access and an easy walk into town for the general store and Moore River.However the house is tired and could use some maintenance. Fly screens not fitted properly on one of the upstairs windows, other windows barely able to see through. Balcony flyscreen door doesn't close properly. Shower head in upstairs bathroom has seized up and is difficult to use. The dishwasher also does a terrible job of cleaning and we were invaded by ants in the kitchen so all food had to be kept secure.New batteries would also be helpful in the remotes for the main TV.We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend away but feel the house could do with a bit of TLC and cleaning to make it even better.

Great location

This is the third time we have stayed in this house for Easter. My family love it. Across the road from the beach, walk to the river and plenty of garden space for games and Easter egg hunt.

Family getaway

Great location. Fanastic outdoor eating/bbq area. Dog-friendly. Lots of space. Although the living room areas are air-conditioned, the bedrooms are not, which made them quite hot at night in February. There was one fan that worked but it was very noisy. Quiet fans in all bedrooms would be good.

ok, place is old and in need of face lift.

the attraction of satellite TV for two footy games, not one TV worked , we had to use one of our guests Kayo to stream all games. For what we paid for accommodation, a bit disappointing... The only real plus is location, which is excellent.

Could be better

The photos are not showing how actually small this place is and old. Outside area and location next to the beach are really good ,but downstairs area very poor uncomfortable beds and loads of ants . Dishwasher was not cleaning well and there was little utensils to choose from . There wasn’t even most basic tea available. Unfortunately as a group of ladies we wouldn’t recommend this house and we won’t be coming back.

We all enjoyed the short stay

We arrived with no linen as we didn’t receive the email until late stating we needed our own linen , and we’re able to ask the house manager who was wonderful and dropped of some linen of and saved the day.

One of the better Moore River holiday homes

Great location, just across the road from the track down to the beach at the dog/no dog junction. The balcony was great for drinks watching the sunset. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds upstairs and one bedroom with a bunk-set and one bedroom with two singles downstairs. Two bathrooms. Unlimited really hot water. Televisions everywhere. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc for 8 people. BBQ's were clean and gas worked properly. Downstairs games area had an extra small fridge which was handy for extra drinks. The place had a nice feel to it. We would stay here again. Property manager was nice and was readily contactable.

Bedding was covered in hairs and stained. Dirt and cobwebs in the windows. Oven didn't work.

Location and some bits of the property were good. Dont think the beds had been changed from previous occupants.

Seascapes was a quiet place to hole up

Difficult times and we were pleased to have continued with our booking despite the Covid19 restrictions. We spent a very quiet 3 days at Seascapes. We were easily able to maintain our social distance from the few other people in town this week. The accommodation was very clean, indeed scrupulously disinfected before we arrived and the smell of chlorine was a little unsettling for the first hour or so. But open windows and a gentle breeze dispelled it. Tips for the unwary players: the oven doesn’t work, so dishes need to be reheated in the microwave and browned (if that’s what you like) in the grill. More annoyingly, the fridge door pops open, especially when the freezer door is shut. We kept the esky jammed up against it after discovering that it was open some hours after we had been to it.

Slow down!

A great place to unwind. Located opposite the beach and down the road from the fun filled Moore River. Relaxing for Parents and great fun for kids.
