"Good hotel, good location and friendly staff"

"Room was big. We had deluxe room. It was a corner room so the windows opened...great for fresh air.the regular rooms do not have this.swimming pool is lovely. You book your slot but it was never busy. Family hours are from 9-11am. Robes in the room are used as there is no changing rooms. Drinks in the bar are a little expensive, 14 euro for ipa. But there are so many little eateries and bars nearby, it shouldnt be an issue. Free fuseball and tabletennis in the lobby. Great fun! 4 min walk to metro which stops at chatelet..v central. Overall, i would stay here agaiin without hesitation."

"Rooms are small for 4 of us had a lovely stay. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and great black out blinds. Our room was very quiet. Little out of the city metro 10 mins walk. Great bakery 5 mins walk away. Will defiantly be back. "

"We had an amazing experience. We only stayed for a short time, but the staff was amazing. When we went to check out to leave for the airport very early in the morning, the woman at the desk called us a chauffeur so we didn't have to wait for an uber, and then made us coffee and even gave us her own breakfast so we could have something before we left. She was beyond amazing. I wish I had her name to compliment her directly. The room was absolutely spectacular and the biggest and most comfortable bed we had in all of France, but I would stay here again just because of the service."

"Modern and contemporary hotel with floors designed by different artists. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet and nice restaurant. The hotel entrance is right on the street - that can be a challenge for car pick ups "

"After more than a week staying in severely cramped hotels we were elated to have such a normal sized room! The rooms were very clean and there were no odd smells. I think the restaurant could improve on their Cesar salad but overall okay especially if you are hungry for a hot meal. And all of the staff were so nice and gracious - I am so glad my mom accidentally picked this hotel!!"
