It is located 650 meters from Mar Casado Beach, neighboring Pernambuco Beach.

4 bedrooms, 4 suites, 2 toilets, living room with 3 environments with fireplace, kitchen and dining room. All rooms have lacquered wood cabinets with 5 or 6 doors, plus another closet in the space between the rooms.

It has an outdoor pool of 5 by 10 meters one of the largest in the region, 80 thousand liters with initial depth of 1 meter and 1.90 meters in the deepest part, 400 m2 Lawn area and 100 square meters covered barbecue area. In addition to a shower.

Vacancy for 5 cars. As there is only one gate to access the garage the cars must be maneuvered

Comfortably sleeps 16 people, 4 people per room in beds. Other people in extra mattresses, 4 single mattresses, and 1 double, totaling 22 people.

Barbecue area has about 80 square meters, is being renovated, ready until the 22/12.

The house was newly acquired and will be completely renovated and painted, however, with the entrance of the season we open for lease, but is suitable to welcome you.

The daily rate is for up to 16 people, from 17 people up to 22, there is a charge for extra guests.

Small pet allowed, being charged a fee per day.
