"Por motivos de cancelación de vuelo, tuvimos que llegar un día después por la mañana, a las 9:30 h, al incluir desayuno y ya haber pagado esa noche, nos correspondía el desayuno que refieren incluye, sin embargo, nos dijeron que hasta la siguiente mañana podríamos acceder al mismo, no estaba prendido el boiler por lo que tuvimos que ir a buscar a algún empleado, el cual fue muy amable, sin embargo, por la tarde no había nadie en la propiedad. Hotel Mirador Essential by Balderrama Hotel Collection

"We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The views are definitely amazing! Keep in mind that in the main lobby, they have 2 different bedroom options. One with private balcony, full view of the canyon, and one with partial view/no private balcony. The ones with private balcony are obviously more expensive and updated. But, they still need more work. Our bathroom wasn't the best. The ceiling was falling apart. The simpler/partial view room is located under the main restaurant and kitchen. If you stay in those rooms, be aware that you will hear all the noise from the kitchen since 5:30 a.m. If you are an early bird and don't mind waking up early, this could be a good option for you since they are more affordable. The restaurant menu is limited but they do offer vegan substitutions. We purchased the food package. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was included. Small portions for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was more complete, especially when it was buffet. All staff was amazing! Extraordinary customer service. We had a wonderful stayed. Definitely coming back again. "
