"We arrived late and everything was in order. The barman, who isn't an employee, was so helpful and kind to us. I paid in the morning after check out. if we had stayed longer it would have been more cost effective as there is a 50 Euro service charge on top of the bill. This was not clearly shown when I booked."

"Already 2nd time here. Love this hotel. Very friendly and professional people. Front Desk staff is very friendly, professional, was nice impression on arrival. Room is spacious, hotel is very clean, spa is amazing, gym has everything you need for your training. Restaurant for breakfast is great. Very warm welcome form staff on arrival, delicious food great service. Hotel located just 5 min away from train station. Easy to reach center or other parts of the city.
