Looking for a villa in South Ardèche located 10 km from Vallon Pont-d'Arc for 8 people in private residence with pool?

The new house is composed of:
 
- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, ...)
- Living and dining room with TV and DVD player
- 3 bedrooms (2,2,4)
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 separate toilets
 
Additional equipment: washing machine, hairdryer, sound system, deck chairs and bed linen are provided.

The house is surrounded by a large terrace of 85m ² including a covered area allowing to eat outside and enjoy a splendid view on the Ardèche landscape. At the bottom of the garden you will have the possibility of playing pétanque on a private ground.

The pool is common for 10 houses.

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale. Le soleil et les températures étaient au rendez-vous. Heureusement grâce à la piscine nous avons pu nous rafraîchir sans problème. Maison bien équipée et très agréable. Accueil de la proprietaite plus que chaleureux 😁 Le seul point négatif que j aurais à relever c est le fait qu il n y a qu une seule télécommande pour le portail. Nous étions 2 voitures et nous ne souhaitions pas toujours visiter les mêmes sites mais à par cela tout était vraiment très très bien. Lieu idéal pour être au calme loin du bruit de la ville. Seules les cigales se font entendre le soir 😂

Excellent séjour en famille

Maison très agréable à vivre, très spatieuse et bien agencée. Parfait pour un séjour en famille (3 enfants pour notre part) au calme avec un jardin et un terrain de boules qui permettent de joyeux moments de détente. La piscine de la résidence permet de se rafraîchir lors des chaudes journées ardéchoises. Propriétaire très sympathique et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires, de la préparation de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

À réserver sans hésitation

Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée par la propriétaire. Une location propre et agréable, calme. Nous avons profité de la belle piscine. Je recommande cette location.
